Q: Do you offer in-store pickup?
A: Yes, we do offer free in-store pickup. Select that option when you check-out and when you’re order is ready for pick-up, you’ll receive an email. 
 

Q: When will my order ship? 

A: Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All in-stock orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the customer when the package is received by the shipping service.

Return Policy Summary:

The Little Lane Shop DOES NOT offer refunds, but we do accept returns for exchange or store credit. Please be aware of our policy when ordering on the website OR purchasing in the Shop, as we do not make exceptions to this rule. Please send all returns to: The Little Lane Shop, 2347 Lake Park Dr, Albany, GA 31707. 

Online Returns

In order to receive store credit or exchange an item, the item must be in our possession two weeks from the day it was delivered to you. Your store credit is valid for two weeks from that date. Please e-mail us at customerservice@thelittlelaneshop.com to get return authorization PRIOR to mailing your item back to us. 

Local Returns

IF you are local, you have 3 days to return merchandise before it is considered final sale. Store credit is good for 2 weeks. 

  • For all customers, online & local, all Beaufort Bonnet Company and Proper Peony items are FINAL SALE, all orders placed during a new release time period are final sale.
  • Most items (see exclusions below) are eligible for store credit.
  • ITEMS MARKED DOWN or "on sale" are FINAL SALE-- this means they are now your's. 
  • Non-returnable items: sale items, swimwear, shoes and any worn, damaged, or customized/personalized items.
  • Return & exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. 
  • Clothing must have original tags attached and in un-worn, un-washed condition.
  • ALL PRESALE & PREORDER ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
