Q: Do you offer in-store pickup?
A: Yes we do offer free in store pickup. 
 

Q: When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. All in-stock orders will ship within 3-4 business days. Tracking numbers are automatically sent to the customer when the package is received by the shipping service. 

Q: What if you are out of stock on my item?
A: Please contact us. In some cases, the Little Lane Shop can reorder an item that is out of stock. 

Return Policy Summary:

  • The Little Lane Shop DOES NOT offer refunds. Please be aware when ordering. If you are unhappy with an item, we will be glad to offer a store credit. 
  • Most items (see exclusions below) are eligible for store credit.
  • ITEMS MARKED DOWN 30-50% are FINAL SALE.
  • Non-returnable items: worn, damaged, or customized/personalized items.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • When exchanging an item, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. 
  • When exchanging, the returned items will be credited to the Customer's original payment card. A Sales Associate will contact you to discuss exchange options & assist to complete the exchange order.
  • The Little Lane Shop will not be responsible for paying the shipping cost on shipping an exchanged item. Unfortunately, we aren't able to make a profit after shipping the same items two times, for free. 
  • Clothing must have original tags attached and in un-worn, un-washed condition.
  • A return address will be enclosed in your order for your reference. 
  • All items labeled Presale Preorder are final sale.
