Return Policy Summary

The Little Lane Shop does not offer refunds, but we are happy to accept returns for exchange or store credit. This policy applies to both in-store and online purchases.

By completing a purchase with The Little Lane Shop, you agree to the terms of our store policies.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that does not match what was ordered on your invoice or confirmed through communication with Little Lane staff, we will gladly arrange an exchange or store credit. Please contact us so we can make it right.


Items Not Eligible for Return, Exchange, or Store Credit

The following items are final sale:

  • Sale items

  • Swimwear

  • Shoes

  • Personalized items

  • Pre-order items

  • Special order items

Items showing wear, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.


Online Returns

Please email us at support@thelittlelaneshop.com to receive return authorization prior to mailing your item back.

To be eligible for store credit or exchange:

  • The item must be received by us within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Store credit issued for an online return will be valid for 14 days from the date we receive the returned item, unless otherwise noted.

Shipping Liability

The Little Lane Shop is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping provider. We are happy to assist with documentation upon request.


Local Returns

For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 3 days of purchase to be eligible for store credit or exchange. After 3 days, items are considered final sale.


Store Credit

Store credit may be used on future purchases in-store or online.

  • Claim Credit In-Store: Let a team member know at checkout that you would like to apply your store credit.

  • Claim Credit Online: Please contact us prior to placing your order so we can help apply your store credit to your purchase.

  • Check Your Balance: Customers are welcome to contact us anytime to check their current store credit balance.

Unless otherwise specified for a particular situation, store credit expires six months from the date it is issued.


Sales

  • All discounted items are final sale.

  • Sale pricing only applies to purchases made during the listed sale timeframe.

  • Complimentary gift wrap is not available for discounted items.
