All orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Please allow 3–4 business days for in-stock items to be processed and prepared for shipment.
Orders containing personalized items or preordered merchandise may require additional processing time before shipping.
Processing time refers to the time it takes for our team to prepare your order before it is shipped. Shipping time begins once your order has been picked up by the carrier.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email when the package is scanned by the shipping carrier.
Shipping timelines are determined by the carrier and may occasionally be affected by weather, holidays, or other delays outside our control.
The Little Lane Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout, as we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you place multiple orders and would like them combined into one shipment, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate these requests, we cannot guarantee that orders can be combined once they have been placed.
The Little Lane Shop is not liable for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been shipped and are in the possession of the carrier.
Customers are responsible for filing any claims directly with the shipping provider. We are happy to assist with documentation upon request.
